We were immensely proud to discover the recent article that Forbes dedicated to Spritzando. Being featured by a publication of this calibre marks an important milestone in the history of our brand. Above all, we would like to warmly thank the Forbes team for the quality of their perspective, the accuracy of their words and the interest they have shown in our world.
Spritzando was created with one simple ambition: to take guests on a journey into the heart of the Italian Dolce Vita, one drink at a time. Seeing the concept described with such precision and enthusiasm in Forbes is a genuine recognition of everything we have achieved so far.

A unique concept that has become an event industry favourite
As Forbes highlights, in less than two years Spritzando has established itself as a must-have attraction for weddings and premium events, both in France and internationally. At the heart of the concept is our iconic, fully restored 1962 Piaggio Ape, which transforms into a mobile Spritz bar and immediately captures everyone’s attention.
Behind the project is Nicolas Tchernomoroff, the founder of Spritzando, who created a complete experience combining exceptional cocktails, immersive styling and premium service, with close attention paid to every detail. Each event is designed to measure, creating an experience that is welcoming, elegant and memorable.
The Spritz, much more than a cocktail
Forbes also highlights the growing popularity of the Spritz, now regarded as the favourite cocktail in France, and the way Spritzando elevates its traditional appeal. Aperol Spritz, elderflower, raspberry, limoncello and alcohol-free versions all feature on a menu that evolves with the seasons and guests’ preferences. Every cocktail is prepared from the bottle in front of guests, preserving its freshness while adding a sense of theatre and authenticity.
However, Spritzando offers much more than the drink itself. Colourful parasols, deckchairs, furniture and vintage accessories create a genuine Italian escape, where every detail contributes to the overall experience.
A human adventure with ambitions for the future
Today, with several three-wheelers based in Lyon, Geneva and Saint-Tropez, Spritzando attends private and corporate events throughout Europe. From intimate weddings to major international celebrations, our team is committed to delivering an impeccable service. We can prepare up to 1,200 cocktails in a single evening without losing the handcrafted spirit that defines our signature.
As Forbes explains, the journey is only just beginning. Developing new Piaggio Ape bars and launching a franchise network are among our future projects. However, one priority will remain unchanged: preserving the identity, quality and emotion that define Spritzando.
Thank you, Forbes
This feature in Forbes is much more than an article. It is a source of encouragement, recognition and immense motivation for the entire team. We would like to thank Forbes for telling our story and presenting our vision and passion with such sensitivity.
Above all, we would like to thank our clients, partners and guests, who bring Spritzando to life at every event. The Dolce Vita continues, with a glass of Spritz in hand.
