What does hiring Spritzando for a private event mean?
Hiring Spritzando privately means bringing our concept into your private reception and building the service around your event. It is therefore not an identical package reproduced every time.
Our 1962 Piaggio Ape is set up at the heart of the reception and naturally becomes a landmark for your guests. Its vintage silhouette draws the eye, while the bar creates a space where people come to choose a cocktail, chat and catch up with their loved ones.
This matters: Spritzando is not only about serving drinks. The three-wheeler, the menu, the presentation and the team all contribute together to the atmosphere of the event.
Birthday, christening, private party: when should you choose a Spritz bar?
The concept can accompany different types of private celebration. However, the organisation will not be exactly the same depending on the number of guests, the venue and the planned running order.
A Spritz bar for a birthday
For a birthday, the Piaggio can become a real gathering point during the reception. Guests come to discover the menu, choose their Spritz and get together around the bar in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere.
Original entertainment for a christening
A christening often brings several generations together for the same occasion. Spritzando then provides an experience for the adults, including an alcohol-free Spritz option for those who prefer not to drink alcohol.
Hiring Spritzando for a private party
Would you simply like to bring your family or friends together for a special occasion? A private evening can also host the Spritzando concept. The positioning and running of the bar are then planned around your venue and the pace of your reception.
A Spritz menu to discover during your event
The experience continues once guests reach the Piaggio. The menu lets them discover several variations of the Spritz, from the great classic to more original creations. An alcohol-free alternative completes the offer.
The cocktails are prepared from the bottle in front of the guests with carefully selected ingredients. Our team welcomes guests, presents the different options and helps them choose.
You can also browse the Spritz menu currently offered by Spritzando to discover the world of the cocktails served at our events.
At the same time, we pay particular attention to keeping service smooth. The aim is simple: to let your guests enjoy the experience without the bar ever becoming a constraint on the running of your reception.
A private reception designed around your venue and your guests
Every event has its own rhythm. That is why we take the time to talk with you before the event.
The venue, the number of guests, the organisation of the reception, the cocktail selection, the positioning of the Piaggio and the set design are among the elements we can discuss together.
This preparation also allows us to check that the concept is compatible with your reception venue. Access conditions, the space available and the planned location for the three-wheeler are all taken into account before the event.
In this way, Spritzando finds its place in your reception without imposing a standardised organisation.
Looking for Spritzando for a wedding?
A wedding is a specific experience, with its own highlights and its own organisational challenges. A dedicated page therefore presents our wedding cocktail bar services in more detail, particularly for the drinks reception and the different moments of the celebration.
This separation allows us to devote our full attention here to birthdays, christenings and other private events.
How do you hire Spritzando for your event?
Every project starts with a phone call, followed by a personalised quote. This first conversation helps us understand your event, your venue, the number of guests and the experience you want to create.
We can then think with you about Spritzando’s place in your reception and the various elements needed for the service.
You remain free to enjoy your loved ones to the full while our team takes care of the set-up and service planned for your event.
