An intimate reception for 50 guests and an event bringing together several thousand people do not require the same organisation. Spritzando therefore adapts its large-capacity event bar to the number of guests, the venue and the expected pace.
For large-scale events, we can run up to three strictly identical Piaggio Apes at the same time. The aim: to multiply service points without losing the visual consistency of the Spritzando experience.

An event bar adapted to the number of guests
The number of guests directly influences the way a service is designed. Spritzando can therefore work at a reception for around fifty people just as well as at a major event bringing together several thousand guests.
The set-up is not simply reproduced identically: its organisation is planned according to the scale and characteristics of the event.
Up to three Piaggio Apes for large-scale events
When the format requires it, Spritzando can deploy up to three strictly identical Piaggio Apes at the same time. This configuration creates several service points within a single event.
At the same time, using identical vehicles preserves visual unity across the whole set-up. Each area remains instantly associated with the same Spritzando world.

A large-scale event is prepared well in advance. Service capacity, team organisation and the positioning of the Piaggios are therefore studied before the event.
This preparation makes it possible to adapt the set-up to the constraints of the venue and the expected attendance, with one central objective: keeping service smooth for the guests.
